Why a blog?

I have decided to try this blogging thing. There are lots of things that I think about and I wanted somewhere to write about it. I am a Youth Minister and I struggle a lot with the things that go on around me. I will be blogging about things that I encounter. I will make no attempt to offend people but I do make the claim that I will speak my mind about issues. I not expose individuals but I will talk about trends that I see. Feel free to comment on my blogs but be respectful.
